What it costs

What a session costs

You should be able to find out before you get in touch. The fee, how long a session runs, and what you may be able to claim back are all set out here.

[Irna to supply: session length]

  • Online or in person, whichever suits you
  • You will know the cost before you commit to anything
  • No obligation to book again after a first session

What you may get back

Rebates change what a session actually costs

  • Medicare — [Irna to supply: Medicare]
  • NDIS — [Irna to supply: NDIS]
  • Private health — [Irna to supply: private health]

These matter as much as the fee itself, so they are left blank rather than guessed at.

Things people ask

About paying

When do I pay?

[Irna to supply: when payment is due]

How can I pay?

[Irna to supply: payment methods]

What if I need to cancel?

[Irna to supply: cancellation policy]

Worth saying plainly once it is settled. People worry about this more than you would expect, and for an anxious client an unclear policy is a reason not to book at all.

What if I cannot afford it?

[Irna to decide: whether to offer a reduced fee]

Many practices hold a small number of lower-fee places. If you do, saying so here reaches the people who will not otherwise ask.

When you are ready

Sessions are available online and in person. You do not have to explain everything to get in touch — saying you would like to book, or that you have a question, is enough.
